I have one and always check my wheel nuts after approx 30 miles of travel. I have had this discussion on another caravan forum and can't belive the attitude of some of the posters, at the end of the day it's all about safety to yourself your family and other road users, all it takes is five mins of your time. Hi Adi, I to have a mover on my van. I changed the standard jockey wheel for a pneumatic one, It is bigger than the standard one but fit's up inside the A frame with no problem at all. I notice the one from Alko is £45. 43, I bought the shaft from my local caravan accessories shop and the wheel from ebay total cost around £26. Just make sure you buy the shaft with the bigger jaw for the pneumatic wheel to fit into. It does make a difference with the pneumatic wheel on when moving on gravel, my caravan is in storage on gravel and with the standard wheel on it just dug into the gravel. Hi adrianf, Something very similar happened to me once and it was all my fault, what I did not realise was I had not closed the drain off tap so when I connected up the aquaroll and turned on the pump then opened the taps all that came out was a trickle of water. I went outside to see if I could find out what the problem was and I could see the water pauring out of the drain off which is under the fixed bed, so went back in and closed the drain off and everything worked fine after that. I use fine wet & dry then wipe with a clean cloth and thinners which evaporates in a very short time Graham (Ponty)

Hi, I give mine a light rub with fine sandpaper then wipe it with a cloth with thinners on as the thinners does not leave any residue. I have never had a problem with the ball going rusty. Graham (Ponty)
