lunarloopy
Do you have your 'van at home and connected to 240v? If so your battery should be ok. If in storage, then disconnect and take home to charge. .if you put it on charge immediately it should charge up within 2-3 hrs max. Then give a charge every 2-3 weeks if not going to be used for a period of time. We use our caravan battery most weekends, we don't go on EHU unless on main holidays. Our NUMAX 85AMP has lastred over 6 years and never let us down. Fantastic battery if treated and maintained right. Quote Volvo XC60 D5 AWD AUTO. JamesF
My NUMAX 110 is in it's 5th year and still at top voltage and holding it's load well. I "garage" my 'van on the drive at home and it's always connected to the mains and on charge ( 2005 Avondale charger seems to be really good) , If not the alarm will flatten the battery. Also I use the 240v external socket on my 'van for my lawnmower and when I vacuum the car Jim Quote "keep your motor running" caravan: Avondale Avocet ( 2006) - tow car: Renault Laguna (2007) - play car: Mercedes 300SL (1988)
TonyJover
. .if you put it on charge immediately it should charge up within 2-3 hrs max. That entirely depends on how discharged it is. A very flat battery could easily take 24 hours or more to fully charge. Tony

Tony Agreed, Plus also depends on the type/make of charger you're using - my Aldi smart charger can take 24hours from flat and the Caravan's own charger certainly takes more than 2-3 hours if it's very well down from a very long motor mover "drive" Jim Quote "keep your motor running" caravan: Avondale Avocet ( 2006) - tow car: Renault Laguna (2007) - play car: Mercedes 300SL (1988)
