Truma Trumatic S3002 In My Bailey Pageant

Can someone please advise. My caravan heater works fine on the 240v heating side as does the 12v fan. I can't get the gas to ignite, I can see through the viewing window that there is a spark, I have checked to make sure there is gas getting to the gas valve, which there is.

I have held the control button down for a good 20 seconds to clear any air but it still will not ignite.

Can the burner be lit with a taper through the inspection window or could this be a problem with the gas valve itself? and help would be greatly appreciated, thankyou.

Could be the thermocouple. Best call in a qualified gas man.

If the thermocouple was faulty then it should still light but extinguish when the button is released, i would say more like the gas valve. Expert advise should be sought.

Hi, I suppose you have checked the isolation valve for the room heater ??
