mecamero
Hi, can anyone recommend a good site to stay on as a base to visit Legoland from? I am Caravan Club member, so I can consider their sites and CLs.

Smax Jonny
Henley CC is within touching distance of Legoland. We did it 5 years ago and not to bad a journey. Pebble
Hurley Riverside Park - lots of people seem to stay there to visit Legoland and Windsor. We've used the site lots of times this year as it is local to us. Not far from the M4. Quote 2019 Adria Adora Thames
RitaG
Hurley is a nice site but a bit noisy as it is on the flight path into Heathrow.
jules070603
Hurley Riverside. Planes didn't bother us at all. Lots if Red Kites flying around. It's a busy site, especially at weekends but the week we stayed was out of local school holidays and it was very peaceful on the weekdays. The serviced pitches are abit more self contained and possibly quieter. Quote Newbie caravan owner, loving it so far. Pebble
but a bit noisy as it is on the flight path into Heathrow. Really? You get more noise from the occasional helicopter landing at the nearby Danesfield Hotel than you do from planes on their approach to Heathrow. We live close to Hurley Riverside and the planes aren't that low that you can read the names. They're still at altitude so don't let what little drone their is put you off. Plenty for the kids to do and see on the park and locally. Wyatts Covert, Denham - nothing for the kids to do really. We saw a Virgin hot air balloon while we were there too, very entertaining Quote Newbie caravan owner, loving it so far.
