Home modified continental pop-top, I would have thought . . the body itself looks very commercially constructed, except for the front window . . the box on the drawbar isn't up to the rest of the van . . but the drawbar itself is a bit of a puzzler . . no overrun brakes . . no brakes at all as far as I can see . . modified jockey wheel with just a knob instead of a handle to adjust it . . no room for a handle with that bodge of a box . .

 

If anyone had the skill to make the main body, that box would have been better
