MadMomster
I think we'll be adding an extra service to our 'menu' - caravan exterior cleaning. Here's a pic of hubby using his pure water window cleaning system to clean the caravan. The bristles are super soft so won't cause any damage. The water is purified and filtered to laboratory-grade with zero dissolved solids - hence drying to a super shine without any streaks, and no soapy residue to attract further dust/dirt particles. Oh and the telescopic pole allows him to reach safely to clean the roof without the need for ladders etc. Environmentally friendly too as no chemicals are used. Alan J
Very handy my window cleaner uses one of these but at about £3000 for the system a rather expensive toy unless of course he is a window cleaner by trade? Wunny
Do the bristles on the brush really not scratch the windows like the cheap hose attachments, that you can buy for £10 or so, do? TonyJover
Do the bristles on the brush really not scratch the windows like the cheap hose attachments, that you can buy for £10 or so, do? I would imagine they would when they pick up grit off the van.
MadMomster
Very handy my window cleaner uses one of these but at about £3000 for the system a rather expensive toy unless of course he is a window cleaner by trade? well, he does like his toys and gadgets, - that being said, he is also a window cleaner! Do the bristles on the brush really not scratch the windows like the cheap hose attachments, that you can buy for £10 or so, do? Not at all - and they aren't your £10 variety either. It is professional window cleaning equipment. If there was any risk we sure wouldn't use them on our own van No pictures of hubby cleaning the roof? Darn - I missed that. . how does he get to the centre of the roof with no ladder?? does he use stilts phil Lol - the telescopic poles extend and are fairly flexible. Just have to stand at the right distance and work your way around. The caravan isn't as tall / high as a conservatory roof
Paul_B
I have a brush with very soft bristles but it wasn't cheap and I still use the 2 bucket system. That reminds me I've still got the windows to polish after our last trip to Rosedale and the car wants the scratches polishing out too. I wish they would wait while after 12 before trying to get on site. Quote Paul B . .......Mondeo Estate & Elddis Avanté 505 (Tobago)
phil s
surley you would need to stand a fair way back to be able to reach the centre of a flat caravan roof, i know there not as high as a conseratory roof but they a pitched and not flat, do you have a pic of him cleaning the centre of the roof without standing on anything phil
