Delighted with the car, don't know the van is on the back. Just been reading about caravans with alloy wheels, and steel spares without steel bolts supplied to fasten em on. Then. .oops. my car is the same. If I need to change a tyre and put the spare steel one on . .... but then I must be in good company with many others. The salesman at the VW garage forgot to tell me I would be driving round with a steel spare and nothing to fasten it to the car with.

On the alloy equipped citroens that I have driven in the past, the wheel bolts are interchangeable for alloy/steel wheel, as the bore of the hole on the alloy is thicker, and the bolt has a "stepped" section mid way along. use it with the steel spare & it does not look like the bolt has tightened sufficiently, when in fact it has.
