Mike&deb
I would hazard a guess and say 16mm2, and 10mm2, but probably easiest way it to count the strands, ie 206/03 = 16mm2 The size is the actual cross section of copper, I have always found it easier to count strands than try to measure the actual cross section Edited March 12, 2014 by Mike&deb
WispMan
Measure the diameter in mms - will be approx as it is multi stranded. Then multiply it by itself and take 3/4 of this. So if (as it appears) the RH one is about 5mms dia. Then this gives about 18 sq mms which you take as 16sq mms. Or count the strands!
