Phillippa42
Left site after out first trip this morning and while I'd gone to empty the cassette my daughter decided to open the main side window on the caravan and couldn't close it. It was sticking out with a good 6" gap. It was really difficult to close and the glass seems to have dropped in the frame on one side. So I can close the side catch and the middle catch but not the catch on the side where the glass has dropped. There's a small gap as it won't sit flush. I tried pushing it in and up from the outside but no good. Have had to leave it in the storage like that and am a bit worried. Any idea what I can do please? Mike&deb
Our van windows do this occasionally, If the window has slipped in the track it will push back up, but it can take a bit of persuasion, a good steady push on the bottom of window pushing up towards the track should do it. Phillippa42
Thanks, will give it another go. Was scared of keeping trying incase I made it worse. I'd told her not to fiddle with the windows or the blinds and I left her for five minutes. Edited February 17, 2014 by Phillippa42
