Hi

Just after some possible advice!!

I am not getting 240v power in our 2013 Tempest.

I put the Alde heating on at the weekend to protect the van in the cold weather. I set it to 14 degrees and level 2 on electrical heating only (not gas)

This morning I went in the van, and the heating has switched off. I also noticed the fridge was flashing advising no power, so I'm getting no 240v power in the van.

I have checked the power cable to the van and I have power to the input socket in the locker on the outside of the van. I have also checked the consumer unit in the van under the front seat, and none of the isolators has tripped.

It can't be the heater fuse because the fridge is also not working, or the microwave.

Is there a main fuse maybe that covers everything. ...

Any advice gratefully received?

Tim

Is there a "Master" switch that may have been knocked off?

Hi

First step :- is have the cable connected to the van

mack sure the RCD is switched on

Press the trip switch test button if thers a supply to the van the test switch will trip

If above is OK turn "off" the MCB (s) and turn back on

The hand book will tell you which MCB trip switch control each electrical fitted equipment / item ( Norm 2-3 mcb)

have you tried other 230 volt equipment ie lights or 13 amp pin sockets to help id if its an mcb or the mains power
