Hi, to you all . I think im correct in thinking all the new coachies and probably earlier ones are fitted with the same smoke glass topped stainless steel sink . Taking delivery of our new 545/4 in March and have been trying to source a sink bowl that will obviously fit sink with lid closed .

Any owners out there know who sells one ?

Thanks and have fun in the new season .

Luckily we are all different

One comes with the caravan and fits perfectly! I tried to buy a smaller bowl but, as you say, they're too tall when the lid is down. We leave it up whilst using the van, so not a problem in use.

A word of caution, Whatters, there is a notice on the glass lid saying the sink must be empty and lid down when travelling. If you leave the bowl in while travelling, it will mark the sink. We also use a rubber mat inside while the bowl is in as the sink marks very easily. Enjoy the new van.

We do exactly the same thing, we use this product that you put on shelves to stop bits and pieces shifting about in transit

I understand the words "sink must be empty and lid down when travelling" are for "safety" and refers to no water/pots cutlery left in and lid down to stop breakage, admittedly, the bowl does mark the sink in the corners, and like you, we put a thin rubber mesh mat to stop it, available from good caravan accessory shops in a small roll.

Barkeeper's friend is very good for keeping the stainless steel and glass in pristine condition.
