Sarlat

Recommended Posts

Does anyone have any sites they could recommend around Sarlat?

We would be going in August and ideally something with services pitches and pool with slides etc.

Thanks

Much bigger and more for kids to do since we were there. ..but a handy site for getting around Dordogne and Lot areas.

Moulin de Paulhiac accepts the ACSI Card after 23rd August, meaning a pitch for two adults, car and caravan, awning, electricity and one dog will cost just 16 euros, or £13. 23 at today's exchange rate. The campsite would normally charge 19 euros but even a saving of 3 euros per night is worth having!

Mike we went to la palombiere last year, great site but we weren't blown away by the dordogne! Sarlat is lovely but we are heading to the south again this year!!! Drop me a text or email we can have a chat

If I'd have known I was going to be this thirsty this morning I'd have drunk more last night

Thanks Mark. I am looking for something we can get too in two days and is in travelling distance back to Calais in 1 hit.

Mrs G has her heart set on the coast though and a bit more sun than Brittany!

Sarlat was just another option as it's doable in a day back to Calais.

My advice would be annecy - still the best place we've been to in France
