outhouse
See other post on Surge Filter. Claire from Whale phoned this afternoon took some details, explained that Whale had been supplied a faulty batch of Surge devices from a trusted supplier and are now liaising with our NCC Approved service agent, Scottish Caravan Repairs (mobile) who will get to discuss the problem with a Whale service engineer and be asked to bill direct to Whale. Wow, give it up for Whale. I'm moved to tears. I should say we use our van all winter so it needed fixing quick. Everyone makes mistakes, it's the way you handle them that's important. WispMan
. ............ Everyone makes mistakes, it's the way you handle them that's important. This is so true and sometimes you wonder whether some businesses realise this. A11
Every time there is a thread on whale, or a whale product, it seems to have a very happy outcome. Well done again, Whale.
Scoobz
They put the majority of company's that have anything to do with tha caravan industry to shame. The company and there staff are a credit to the industry.
