If you can't get the necessary fitting instructions, have a look at the 'Witter' website. Click on your vehicle, and you'll find a pdf file complete with diagrams. Only of course for the Witter towbar, but it may be of some help. It would seem that your vehicle does not require relays for the 12N installation, so it should be straight-forward.

I have just bought a second hand but unused Mopar towbar for my 2004 Grand cherokee. It did not come with fitting/wiring diagrams. Does anyone know where I can get some. Cheers

When i was in a similar position (2nd hand bar, no instructions) I contacted the manufacturer, PCT automotive, and they kindly supplied a set for me. Since then PCT have put the PDF's on their website.
