Alloy Wheel Nuts

Dcn't want to go back to a previous moan, but. ....Taking a wheel off to try to deter the caragrabbers, I found 2 bolts were very tight and had to be turned with the spanner all the way out, when the other 2 could be undone by hand once loose. The van had it's 2nd service only 2 months ago when the fiter left the pump switched on to flatten my battery, only fastened the fire one side so it was hanging off, and sent me home minus the outside fridge vent. The MD replied to my complaint over the £199 service, and as I asked if I could expect the same good service I had with my other 2 vans bought from them, said. ...although Mr. .......... is the new owner of the dealership, he is purely a businessman, and taks no part in the day to day running of the business. !! So handed em £13000 cash no partex, and I'm thinking " did the skilled caravan fitter also thrust my 2 bolts in wonky, and then blasted them with his power wrench?

"purely a business man who take no part in the day to day running of the company" . ...that he has spent good money on?

that is akin to you handing over that £13000 and leaving your sparkly new van hitched to your car with the engine running while you went to bed!!

some business man
