Camping Raco Benidorm

Recommended Posts

We just returned today by plane from Alicante for 8 days at home, we went out to Spain 2nd October with Brittany ferries and arrived at Camping Roco on the 4th the site was very full and choice of pitches was very limited, we ended up with no choice but to take a pitch under a tree this was a bad move and we suffered it for 5 days and eventually managed a move to a large services tree free pitch where we are now happy, but anyone coming in the coming weeks beware good pitches go very quickly

Its a pointer for anyone camping abroad in the winter. In summer the shade of the trees is always welcome. In winter quite the opposite. Not only do you need the sun, for after all that is why we are there, but trees tend to shed their loads. There is nothing worse than olives or eucalyptus nuts falling on the caravan roof from a great height.
