now is your vehicle ready for winter

Got any spare notes please :D

Well, is my 'van ready for winter.

Thundering good question Freddie!

One thing I learnt from last year - don't leave canned food - or fizzy drinks in the van.

Also have a fully charged battery because a discharged one will freeze and crack. Far better to remove it and keep it somewhere the frost will not get at it and leave a C-Tek charger connected

Suck all the water out of the water system.

Leave the handbrake off.

Open all cupboard doors.

Detach the shower by the tap and keep that indoors.

Empty the loo cassette and drain the flush holding tank.

If I have forgotton anything, someone will advise,

Pete

Good one,

Well, we go out a bit in the winter months so its not worth it. Too much work with the on and off.
