nigel129 Posted October 9, 2011 Share Posted October 9, 2011 Hi all, just checked the site we are visiting at end of Oct for 4 days. No Tmob, Mob BB and barley a phone signal. No probs, unlock my new Tmob Wireless pointer and stick in another network Sim. Orange, coverage as bad if not worse. Vodafone, non existant. Not sure if £ is compatible with Tmob gadgets so havent looked. However, the site now offers "CaravanConnect, but at a fiver for 24hrs not happy with paying that, UNLESS its an accumulative 24hrs. ie, few hours here and there up to a max of 24hrs. klyne Posted October 9, 2011 Share Posted October 9, 2011 Nigel I used Caravan Connect last year at a campsite. If I recall correctly you have 1 day to use it. Its the same if you use BTOpenzone (and have to pay for it) I suppose depending on time of forst log in you could make it last over two days? (they piggy back O2) Dam this site must be in a cave so far as Mob BBs concerned. Oh well, good suggestion on what time to activate the Wifi. Thanks.
