What's the betting their infamous computer system gets the blame ?

I always check my credit card receipts against the statement before paying, computers rarely make mistakes but the people operating the various input devices often do. Over the years I have on several occasions found mistakes. It is only a couple of months ago I was charged twice for some goods I bought over the internet.

Like Kiaboy, I have been a member for longer than I care to remember and we have never had any problems with them

I have been a member for 40 years but it happened this year.

Also 6 years ago when I changed the caravan, they continued to take the insurance premium for the old 'van as well as the new one!
