ricfield
I need to remove the wheels from my van and have trolley jack (level concrete floor in garage). Should the jack be positioned under the A frame chassis near the wheel or under the axle inboard of the chassis for damage free lifting? I have axle stands for safe working once the vans lifted - just want to make sure I take the weight in the right place.

You can only place the jack under the axle, the axle mounting plate or the Alko fitted brackets. Make sure that you chock the opposite wheel AND the jockey wheel to prevent the 'van swinging. geriatric
I only ever jack my van hitched to the car and with the van hand brake full on. As already posted, the jack should be under the axle tube, mounting plate or alko jacking point.

If you can hitch the 'van to car while you do this it's a lot safer. Quote Swift Challenger 490 Sorento + Fabia to help the Sorento up hills!
