Hi there. You must have a friendly dealer. I went to our local dealer's workshop a few weeks ago to source a couple of items and was told " you can't come in 'ere mate". Tried explaining what I wanted. "Sorry mate, you'll 'ave to speak to ******". Sod it. Went to local hardware store instead. Regards.
