csputnik
Hi all Not certain if this has been discussed elsewhere. I noticed the jockey wheel tyre need some air putting in and dutifully got my footpump. However, the valve is at such an angle, the only way to get to it, was to remove the wheel from the jockey, and then inflate. Does anyone know of a way of inflating without removing the wheel? Carl Had this problem when I first got mine and did the same as you, Thanks for reminding me! I was going to look arround the motorist discount shops as I remember somewhere seeing valve extenders. The only thing with these would be to keep it with the footpump and just fit at the time of pumping up as it wouldn't clear the frame of the jockey wheel. Any other Ideas Greatly recieved
MauriceH
I had this problem -- I took the wheel off -- took it to Quick-Fit who removed the tyre and put it back on again with the valve in the correct position -- cost £5 -- cost in not loosing my temper ££££££££££.. Now can get the pump on dead easy. .
