Hi can anyone help, i have a bailey bretagne series 5 and went to adjust brakes on it but its not like the owners manual says. through the hole on bake plate were its says there is a starwheel to adjust mine isn't. it looks more like a square on a small bar nothing for a screw driver do i need a special tool for this ( it looks like some kind off clip or brake shoe retainer not a starwheel ).

as anyone seen these before?
