Awning Poles

From what I've seen the design of poles for most awnings is very similar and therefore so long as you get the right size almost any make should do (someone will no doubt correct me if I am wrong). I've got the Dorema alloy poles and they are very easy to use and light although they may not be as strong as steel. If it is windy I put a storm strap right over the top and tighten it up so there is minimal strain on the poles. I think Dorema will sell poles on their own or put you on to one of their dealers who will help. Give them a try

I agree with previous post. I'm sure you can modify a fibre glass pole set. Having had fibre and aluminium I would not go back to aluminium!
