Mow Cop Ken
Hi, just bought a Kojack jack and I'm going to fit it to my Wyoming to make lining up the wheel locks more easy. Do the brackets go where the current Alko Jack fittings are? Thanks in advance.
Watson(JohnG)
Yes they do Make sure that they are vertical/at right angles to the chassis Be very careful when placing the jack under the bracket as it can look OK but if its not dead in line it will flirt out when the load is applied http://www. caravantalk. org. uk/index. php?sh. ..mp;#entry233452 Edited February 24, 2009 by Watson(JohnG) Quote BMW X3 X Drive and Swift Challenger 580SE

Its a short bottle jack with a shorter bracket. ChrisUK
Anyone know the distance between the fixing holes on the Al-Ko chassis or the kojack brackets? My BWP has 2 holes vertically separated by 5. 5 cm. ChrisUK
Thanks Tephi. Will now probably get one. Not happy having a spare but no suitable jack. I've a good trolly jack but it is too big/ heavy. Guest Tephi
Chris, I got my Kojack scissor jack [£69. 00] from: http://www. waudbys. co. uk/?search=kojack&x=13&y=11 just before the Kojack Lite [ 69. 95] came out, if I had known, I would have waited and got the Lite, especially as the price is about the same. Note: the brackets are different between models. Steve Edited May 29, 2009 by Tephi
MauriceH
why does the Lite cost - £84. 95 = Weight: 3kg and the Kojack Caravan Jack system cost - £58. 95 -- Net Weight: 7. 5Kg the second one looks a lot more substantial than the Lite but I suppose it is because it is lighter ??? Maurice Maurice, Only 95p difference at Waudbys. The scissor type is a lot more substantial - 3Kg more substantial! But the Lite is a straight Hydraulic jack, whereas the other is a scissor / Hydraulic hybrid. The Lite will lift twice the weight.
