water supply to caravan turn on but toilet water valve still turned off but water still dripping in to tank. Had bullock replaced 2 years ago . Turned water supply back on to toilet flushed toilet turned water back off drip has stopped .does any one know why this happened .can't understand drip when water valve turned off .thanks

If I read your post correctly, you have turned off the stop to the toilet cistern but water was still still slowly dripping into the cistern (not the toilet itself).

Assuming your van is similar to ours (it probably is) the stop is simply a tap, so either it was not fully turned off OR the washer in the tap may need replacing. As you say it has now stopped dripping, probably was not fully turned off.

Any local plumber-handyman can probably sort it for you.
