Same here, looks like the problem is their end.

Thought it was just me, I think they might have done an update. Very frustrating as planning next years trip and can’t see photos of sites!

I can’t even get to my future bookings via my iPad! Only via my laptop!

Experience is something you acquire after you have an urgent need for it.

Are you getting the unable to proceed notification?

If so I've had that for months

No, just nothing anywhere to click on to get to future bookings, profile etc!

It was OK yesterday morning for me, but just checked and same here now, it does have a notice saying about closure due to Covid, Just logged onto website and photos are there for the CL's and club sites I have checked on, so must be a problem with the App, it has not been updated as far as I can see on my app updates and they go back 3 days ago.

Is this an Apple i device issue? Working absolutely fine on my Android devices and Windows 10 computers. I can view sites, make bookings and view bookings.

Interesting it could be.

The way to get around the "Unable to Proceed" screen is to Sign Out of the app from the front screen and then to Sign In again using your email and password.

Some people are just all show. I don't mind that if the show is worth watching, but . ..

Still no photos of sites

Andrew, do you really find the photos of club sites of any use to you?

Years ago I concluded that site pics were a waste of space on the web-page - mainly because they’re often of a generic nature, ie they could almost be of any site.

For example, I just looked at Castleton … and this is what came up …

… would you decide whether to go to a location or not based on those photos ?

I agree they aren’t all brilliant and some sites are better than others. But actually I don’t find them useful and give an idea of the site. I’m not suggesting I solely use these to book sites but they’re more helpful than nothing!

In general we use club sites and know what to expect so do not worry a lot about what hey look like. Last year we went to the Peak district where there was a fair bit of choice and so did look at a few to see if we liked the look of any better than the others.

Well I sent an email to the App team, no reply. So I sent an email to the club, (with a read receipt) which I got back virtually straight away, still no reply, so much for being there when we want them and supporting them, is this the future of our "club" ? 🙄🤷‍♂️
