I know many members have stayed on this site from previous references in threads.

Can anyone tell me whereabouts on the site the Super Service pitches are please.

PS before someone says ring the site, it is closed until April and the Central booking Office have no idea.

We don’t use C&CC sites but the CMC website has downloadable site plans that show the pitches including the Super Service Pitches, is there nothing similar on the C&CC website?

The C&CC don't have site plans as you are not able to select your own pitch beyond expressing preferences.  Much easier with the CMC.

I find it “much easier” with the CCC … … just book in and they take you to your pitch.

HP, out of interest I’m intrigued as to why you need to know this in advance?

Have you tried asking on the C&CC forum?

Assuming “East Horsley” and “Horsley” are the same place - there is a site plan on-line, but it doesn’t show super pitches.  Also, the booking page doesn’t show super pitches in the list of facilities.  And super pitches aren’t an option when booking.

Looking at a booking next July and the web site offers me the option of a Super Serviced Pitch. Perhaps they are a new thing for next year?

We have booked service pitches in the past and they have been in terrible locations (in trees, near main roads etc).

Now I only book them when I know where they are located.

Although C&CC dont do Site plans, Google earth generally gives an idea of layout but cant identify type of pitch other than hard standing or grass.

Could be, but I don’t remember seeing Horsley in the upgrades mentioned in the mag.

Here’s a plan and photo - see if you can work it out from them 🙂

If you click "Read more" in the centre of the page you see the Super Hard Standing Pitches,

Thanks for that. First time I have ever seen a plan for a C@CC site.

looks though like I will have to wait until the site opens in April to find out what I need to know.
