Suejh35 Posted October 4 We have a 2007 Avondale dart. We have found that the walls are wet inside. Does anyone approx how much this would cost to repair. Not sure if it is worth being done with the age of the caravan thanks
Mr Plodd Posted October 4 Without a LOT more information it’s an impossible question to answer. My advice would be to get a professional quote, at least you are then in a position of knowledge and will be able to come to an informed decisions to whether it’s financially viable or not. Griff Posted October 4 Had a mushy wall and abutting ceiling area in our last caravan replaced due to water ingress. A 3ft wide section of wall and battens were replaced floor to ceiling and the same width x 6" wide piece replaced inside a wall cupboard and wardrobe ceiling. That cost us £1700, just an idea of how expensive damp repairs can be.

Wet on the inside is surely what you would expect, what is important is what happens behind that layer ...
