Do I have to pay climate change levy?

I live in a static caravan 11months of the year and pay cumunity tax the owners say the have to pay climate change levy is this correct.

The business allowing you to be a tenant is being charged the CCL and passing it onto tenants.   It probably should be split equally between all tenants or included in the ground rent, but not as a separate charge.  If you stir up things they will probably ask you to move or make life awkward for you.  Owners of parks for statics are a law to themselves.

Not all park owners act the way Durbanite describes!  Our park (Crowhurst by Battle) break everything down so that we know what it is we are paying for and they do their utmost to sort out problems and certainly would not ask us to move!
