If by "static" you actually mean a residential park home, then you really need a solicitor who is up to date with all the variations of the Mobile Homes Act and the meaning of the words "protected site". IBB Turbervilles are frequently recommended for this. Otherwise, if it is a holiday static with a land registry lease, then one with some conveyancing experience as well as contract law may be best, or if just a holiday static where how long you can keep it on park depends entirely on the contract, then any solicitor familiar with contract law and sale of goods legislation should be able to cope. Get a copy of the contract (the park should be able to provide a sample) first as you may decide that you do not need a solicitor. I would also suggest joining NACO as they can give extremely useful advice in what to look out for in any contract. But, as above, if you are considering a residential park home, then you really do need to use a specialist solicitor.
