Replacing speakers on 2011 Bailey Pamplona

Hi 

 

Could someone offer some advice on how I go about replacing the two speakers that are attached to the factory installed jvc head unit.

 

They are two of them and they are mounted at the front of the van near the seating area above our heads under the locker compartments.

 

one of the speakers rattles when music is being played and I believe the speaker is damaged/ worn out.

 

i can’t see a way to remove the trim surrounding the speaker, do I just prose it away as there are no screws showing ..
