After you have checked all trips are on probably charger unit as failed, if you do not know how to deal with it call a mobile engineer in.

Does the 12V in the caravan all work off the battery?  {There's a 20A inline fuse under the battery box quite often that blows when overloaded (by charger trying to push too much current in a dead battery}.  If that fuse goes then no 12V in the caravan.

Other 12V fuses may also stop the charger output reaching the battery.  Check them?

Is 240V all present and correct?

Are all RCDs / MCBs working properly?

Are any charger switches ON?  Switches can sometimes fail to make proper contact.

Some charger-psus are hard-wired others have a 3-pin free socket cable connection that can work loose in transit (don't know Avondales, sorry).  The manuals are in a sticky thread at the top of this sub-forum if you need them though!

You need a multimeter, some electrical knowledge, and a methodical approach to confirm than mains 240V is reaching the charger input and that nothing is coming from its output. (It may need temporary disconnection of the output to prove/disprove the unit has not just shut down due to an issue on the outgoing wiring).

If any or all of the above is too much for you, and you can't enlist help from friends/family etc., then a caravan dealer or mobile technician will be required to diagnose and price up a fix.
