Recommended Posts

If you own a Freedom caravan please let us know.

Enter the year and model please.

If there is enough interest then CT might create a dedicated section for Freedom caravan owners.

One of my daughters is a Freedom Jetstream owner. She has organised meets of fellow owners and was in contact with them, probably through Facebook.

She is not a contributor to this Forum.

Good idea.  I have a 2017 Jetstream Twin Sport Flare, or N126NTL.

The Facebook page for Freedom owners is named Freedom friends. There are 1000 members.

My daughter, who needs to upsize due a fast growing grand daughter, has been made an offer for her Jetstream. If she accepts the 'van will have depreciated by b£300 a year for the ten years she has owned it.

Thanks DT.

Ah. Its a pity we can't have them all on here.  I don't have Facebook as yet. Any ideas on a migration from Facebook to CT?

Glad to see they hold their price although the newest models might not since she probably bought at a low price, and the prices have shot up - but then they would as they are guaranteed leak proof for 25 years.

Match THAT UK van manufacturers :P

I would be interested in seeing a section for these caravans as they look to be a good  choice for relatively problem free touring.  Please could any owners tell me how comfortable the seats are?  Thanks in advance.

The cushions are covered foam blocks without a knee roll and we find them comfortable both to sleep on and sit.

Click HERE for another review too.

An edit to mention that the review says you might need a towing drop plate. That is no longer a requirement since Freedom have now updated the height of the hitch on later models.

Thank you for posting the photo. Interesting.

A couple of questions if I may.

1. Was the Status (?) tv aerial fitted by the manufacturers?

2. Did you fit the solar array?

3. Maker of awning?

Thanks

 Hi,

The aerial was fitted by Freedom at Stafford .

Yes fitted solar panels myself.

The awning is called a EuroVent. I believe that Bradcot make a similar or same one. This was supplied by Freedom at Stafford.

  • Thanks 1
