How to remove any grease from a Thetford oven burner top

Recommended Posts

Please can someone tell me how they remove any grease from a Thetford oven

burner top. We have a black one and it is so frustrating that every time I use it it takes me hours to remove anything as it smears everywhere. I have used every type of cleaner going. Many thanks

Heavy duty micro cloths. I always clean my hob with aforesaid cloths just before I take the 'van to storage, in addition to the occasional wipe after cooking.

I bring the cloths home for washing between trips.

Not  a cleaner but protects from grease in the first place, I bought a pack of 4 for £2.30, they are re-useable. This sort of thing:

I should have also said that I use the same de-greasing cleaning procedure on my gas cooker at home.
