That is correct AJ. 

Tested thermo2, got a voltage. And yes flame does stay lit.

I think you confirmed that the pilot light stays lit so that rules out the thermocouple.   Have you had the gas jet out of the burner?      Give it a powerful blow through - but in reverse.   To do otherwise just forces any blockage even tighter in the hole.   If it's suspect, shell out on a new one.   Have you removed the baffle and brushed the chimney?   Use a brush on a long wire, in at the top and out through the bottom.   There could be loads of rubbish in there.
