Unicorn 3 spare wheel

Good evening has anybody had to replace there spare wheel carrier,I had a flat tyre due to cracked  valve had a terrible job getting the spare down and now it’s all jammed up looks like a new one .Cant seem to find one on there web site.many thanks Briff.

Cant help but its why a lot of us have dispersed with the carriers, I gave mine away a long time ago ;)

Yes that’s correct ,have now ordered a new one via my dealer as bailey would not supply one direct to me .?

Sorry to hear about your problem.

Can you tell us how old your van is?

I've got the wind-down version but have never even tried it. I don't suppose they do it at service either so definitely something I'll check when next at the van (in storage)

My Bailey is due for the first annual service. I asked and was told that the operation of the spare wheel carrier was part of the check list. Hopefully they will also grease!

endeeo  hi it’s a 2015 Cadiz. Looks like nothing to grease it’s a sealed unit .

In that case I might pop along to the storage & have a look before the imminent Spring holiday. Bit worrying that!
