Glengavel Posted April 2, 2019 Share Posted April 2, 2019 I've inherited my parents' caravan and the Thetford C200 electric flush toilet needs a new pump (seized) and a new switch (corroded) which will cost about £60, whereas a new manual pump costs about £30, so would it be a simple swap? I'm not that bothered about having an electric flush, preferring something simpler and less fault-prone! I did the swop the other way, manual to electric. Grandchildren used to fill the bowl with a manual pump. Have you tried freeing the pump, might just be "furred" up? Thetford have a good guide on YouTube for what you'll be needing to do. The bexels for electric and manual are identical. Just non-setting mastic used to keep them in place.
