Exact model number might help someone who knows more than I.

My old Thetford fridges in 2 caravans (N100s??) never had red and green lights but 'spanner codes' to indicate faults along with a flashing blue led.   Your best bet might be to call your service man / supplying dealer / Thetford Service for advice?

Obvious things like mains MCBs, fuses and loose plugs have been eliminated already I'd guess?  You have also read the manual to see what that suggests?  Check battery 12V is not low to control panel due to a charger-psu problem (though gas should be an issue then), and if competent to do so, what the mains voltage in the caravan is running at (it may be much lower than normal if long cables and high heating load).

I think my fridge problem might have been a site supply voltage  problem, as  I tried it on a different site on the way home and all worked as advertised.  Perhaps a sparky with more knowledge would know if this could have been the problem
