Tethering or Mifi

no, but there shouldn't be a need to as your mobile phone becomes the router and the devices needing data connect to that. 


There are portable routers which can connect to a mobile phone and use it's mobile data to supply devices but these are quite expensive and would normally only be employed to provide data to a non wireless device as they have ethernet ports. 


If planning to use your mobile phone as a portable router then it might be worth considering which phone you buy. Japanese built phones such as Sony tend to use better data receivers than Chinese built models like Huawei and iPhones.
