Thetford Fridge, Error Codes.

I have a swift 2010 model with thetford fridge. While on site on ehu the fridge started flashing blue light showing error code 1 ( ac heater current is measured to be 75% below nominal current). I have spoken to the dealer and he said it was low current and would sort itself when the current was again high enough. Failing this try another hook up point or another mains lead. I have tried both of these options with no result. I would be very grateful for any other solutions/advice. Thanks, Regards John.
