Good Customer Service-sas Security

I inherited a SAS Defender wheel clamp from my brother. He'd stopped using it when his car was stolen after the keys were taken from his house.

 

Little chance of a theif knowing I was using it, but the lack of a second key made me less happy, imagine loosing the only key???

 

I e-mailed SAS on sunday evening, and got a very quick reply back on monday. Two phone calls later, a lock and keys was ordered, and came in the post today.

 

Very impressed by the speed & efficiency of SAS.

Would it be worth having a forum dedicated to instances of good service and/or workmanship so that members could acknowledge this for the benefit of others.
