IainM1970
Robin went out of business in the early 80's. The 335/2 dates from 1979 at latest. From 1980 it became the 400/2 and was slightly longer. Robin were part of the same group as Willerby who mostly produced statics but also some tourers up until around 1970. If you put an external pic on I can have a stab at dating it. 2018 Swift Elegance 580 towed by a 2018 Volvo XC60 D5 Power Pulse R Design
stoney13
hi many thanks for your reply, have found some plates on the chassis and next to front door also a sellers plate which is forrest of dean caravans which if still in business is around thirty miles away, bearing in mind these plates are dirty over the years, so light cleaning is order of the day, and yes will try to get photos of the van many thanks again stoney

stoney13
many thanks for that, i did think that it was older as robin caravans went to willerby in 1968 or i may of read it wrong
IainM1970
They were one and the same, Willerby was the parent company I think. Willerby did produce their own tourers for a while, my uncle had one, but stuck mostly to statics, leaving the Robin name for tourers 2018 Swift Elegance 580 towed by a 2018 Volvo XC60 D5 Power Pulse R Design
