Well we went to the final Lawns Caravan Show (after 44 years) on Saturday. We decided to swap our 10 month old VIP 520, after the way Dometic handled our recent issues and the pathetic Dometic Loo. We had to take the cost hit on the chin, after a lengthy discussion with the sales guy and his boss, we finally got a "deal" where we actually lost 30% 😫 but feel in the long run now we only have to put up with Dometic Fridge. Dealer is going to confirm delivery date next week. But they did say un-officially could be 1st or 2nd week on Oct. 🙏

Ordered a new VIP 520 at the October NEC show on the Wednesday. Got a call today from the dealer who has said the van is going to be built next week, they will have the van from factory by end of October, so can collect Wednesday 7th November at 9am. They need a few hours to swap mover over so van should be ready for collection by 2. 30. We have booked a CL site 1/2 hour away so if any snags are found they will come out and sort them, and they will pay up to £20 for the first night. Happy days. Review will no doubt follow after the shake down

Hello, I'm new to all this caravan thing after being in a self build motorhome for years, Last year we bought a 2009 VIP Hobby caravan and everything worked fine except for the flush n the loo (weve never had that before so just assumed we were doing something wrong) At the last site we were on the neighbours kept tripping the electric at the box, we kept resetting at the controller and fine except the last time the light on the fridge and oven fan stopped working. weve since moved and now our booster for the arial is also not working although we are not sure if this happened at th

Collecting our new van on Thursday afternoon and the dealers business manager has called today to go through a Demands and Needs, Notification and Declaration Report. Has anyone else had this before collection? he has even asked me to take my driving licence to prove I can tow, and also the dealer will do a vehicle check against the caravan. I have never experienced this in over 30+ years of buying and towing. I said I hope my car will tow it as it is 100Kgs heavier than the new one and I have been towing with it for nearly 2 years now. I am not saying it is a bad idea just not u

My wife and I have only just bought a Mirage 460/4 and haven't even been away in it yet (our maiden voyage is this weekend) but I have already started to look at other caravans and have fallen in love with the VIP 545/4- it's beautiful! The overall design and lines of modern Coachmans leave other caravan manufacturers in the dust, if you ask me. You may think I'm jumping the gun but prior to getting a caravan, we went tenting a lot, so the caravan life will suit us to a tee. If I win the lottery, I will be straight down to my nearest Coachman dealer to place an order. Straight a

Hello, I am trying to find a replacement exterior door and a complete omnivent (white) for the middle of the caravan. The existing has KBA19303 written on it. They are for a 2003 Coachman VIP. Any help finding these would be appreciated as I am running out of people to contact! Coachman no longer have these parts. Many thanks. Simon.
