Having had both roof lights replaced under warranty when my 2013 Avante 564 was 1 year old due to an installation/manufacturing defect, this weekend we noticed a new leak in the same area at the edge of the front Heiki. Waiting to see how this will be resolved but had service in March with no damp and now we have a visible damp patch in the ceiling. Hoping my dealer rises to this challenge and gets things sorted in the same efficient way the did when the 3 year warranty still applied. -
At our new vans first service they found damp in 2 places, at the bottom NSF corner of the front window and at the OSF side where the water intake is, going back in a couple of weeks to have some more readings taken, rubbish really.

As some of you may know I have rarely had a bad word to say about Elddis but, other than some minor issues both of my caravans have been relatively fault free, some on here have suggested that should I ever have a more serious problem I would most likely change my opinion. These comments were some time ago in the infamous cracking side panels (and the numerous other similar threads) my argument was always that the forum was not a place to resolve issues with your dealer or manufacturer and that some seemed to think it could be used to process their warranty claims and were getting frustra
