This weekend like the first of many to come has been spent stripping out MOLLY. after 2 trips to the dump with cupboards cushions and wood, loads of wood we got her stripped out to see the full extent of the damp. We removed all of the black walls and the insulation foam that was damp and was still spitting water by using a wood chisel then left it to dry out that was day 1.
Hey everyone 👋 New here and just bought our 2003 Avondale Dart last week, our first caravan. I have always camped but now with 3 little ones this is the practical alternative. (Filthy, a little torn at the bottom, generally not loved at all). How can I clean it up and get it into some sort of fit for use state? We are on a tight budget, and I understand that modern (and cheaper) awnings won't fit our old style van, so options are a little limited. Thanks for any advice!
