We have just returned from our 1st proper trip with our van, had a fantastic time at Vale of Pickering, only to come home and find our house had been burgled while we were away. Obviously the fact that our van and car isnt there on a bank holiday weekend, gave them a pretty good clue we were not home, question is, what does everyone else do when you go away? I know some people keep their vans in storage so The van being missing wouldnt be such an indicator, but I would imagine most keep their vans at home if they have the room. We bought the van so we didnt have to find dog sitters when we went away, now we have to replace them with house sitters. I would also recommend, if you are an avid social network user to check all the privacy settings, and be wary of posting where and when you away, as we have found this morning that every minute detail of our trip is available to all and sundry via o/h`s Facebook.

We would like to make our Facebook page a social place for our friends and customers to visit to share information with each other, as well as a page for Leisure World’s own posts. To do this we would like to begin by creating a recipe section. We know that when you are camping and caravanning, you do not want to spend all day preparing food but you are all still able to create some great meals, using local produce from your travels and without using many pots and pans!
