Hi Guys!! I hope someone here can help. We just got our new Swift Eccles 590 caravan and we can't switch off the ambient lights above the kitchen cabinets. Our dealer is closed for Christmas and also the Swift group couldn't help us. We have tried all switches and also nothing in the control panel does the trick. Who can help us out?? Thanks and merry christmas!!

Hi A crack about 2 inches long has developed in the shower tray on my 2016 Sterling Eccles 590. Another crack has also developed on one of the shower side panels. To add insult to injury as the van is just out of warranty Swift want nothing to do with it. The shower isn't used that much so I am at a loss as to how this has happened. Any feedback on effective repairs would be welcomed.

I have an old, Sterling Eccles Abbey caravan made in 2001 and first registered in 2002. I bought it because I wanted cheap holidays and I have not been disappointed until (possibly) now. I have been lucky with it in the past and have not had any need to understand all the issues around obtaining spare parts etc. Recently however, the front middle window blew out in high winds and smashed. A storm blew out and smashed my front middle window on my Sterling Eccles Amber 2001caravan. In order to increase my chances of finding a replacement I need to know how long this window was manufactured (was it used in future years). Is it the same size on other Eccles models of that year (and maybe future years) Was it by any chance also used on other caravan makes. Thanks for any help you can give Lemon

We will have enjoyed over 200 nights away in our 2014 Conqueror 645 by the end of this year and have decided to change caravans next year. We have a great dealer nearby who we have used for the past 4 vans; they used to sell Swift and Lunar ranges which gave us lots of options but for the past couple of years have only sold Sprites. They have looked after the 645 since new and apart from a few problems which have been sorted out during warranty it has been a delight to own. We don't really want to travel to a different dealer as we have a good relationship with the current one and also like

We have a 2008 Sterling Eccles Sapphire that developed a complete electrical failure this week whilst on holiday. I have been advised that this is a common fault and it is likely that the Charger and Fuse board are faulty. Every one that I have spoken to so far is suprised that this fault has not shown up before, however we purchased this caravan at the begining of this year because it was like new and has clearly not been used, therefore the fault has only just come out after we have started to use the van!!! We are very disappointed with the fault and the potential cost of repair on a va
