I can't find anyone who seems to have this problem, when I refill the flush water a lot of it leaks into the toilet bowl. This doesn't seem to happen immediately as I can be watching through the window while I'm filling from the outside. I have previously filled it, checked it's alright and returned an hour later to find the bowl half full of pink flush water. Not only is it wasting the pink solution but also filling the toilet cassette far too quickly. I am quite mechanically minded but I can't work out what's happening. Has anyone else had this problem and managed to correct it?

Yet another niggle about the "Kazi" Picture this, first night of our holiday, pitched at the farthest end of the site, toilet block is a 10 min walk (OK I exaggerate 9 mins) and what happens. .... My lovely Dometic loo starts to pour pink flush water all over the floor from the blade when I flushed after my ablutions. Great being as it was nearly midnight and spent the next half an hour mopping up! So the next morning I go about trying to find out where leak was coming from, I couldn't find it for love nor money. Checked online in the forums & Google, very little information on Model (CTW4050) only replacement seals that cost £50 for 2. Most of the comments I found were about Thetford and seals going or needing lubrication, So I ordered silicone spray & Grease on Amazon Prime for next day delivery to site. Everything arrived, cleaned a re-greased. Tested again but still had Pink Niagara Falls in the washroom. So I gave up on toilet until I got home a week later. Please don't ask what I did for the rest of the holiday! So this afternoon I took about dismantling the toilet following the online Dometic Installation Manual. Would it come off the floor after releasing the six screws? would it begger!! and I wasn't about to start forcing things as a replacement toilet is £550. So I went hunting for the original caravan pack with all those useless guarantees and warrenties and found a Dometic Toilet Manual with a strange piece of lime green plastic which show's how to remove the toilet seat, So followed said instructions, undid the 8 screws, lifted off the the black flush ring, removed the ceramic bowl and Hey Presto found the reason for my Pink foot wash. A BROKEN 90 degree PLASTIC BEND. I've contacted Dometic to see if they can help & supply said part but as loo is out of warranty I would not be surprised to find that you wont be able to get this 25 pence part, so a whole new toilet will be needed ! Hmmm I have to see what they say. Lunar If your reading please keep with Thetford Loos I have had nothing but problems with this model since day one. Even with all the issues, I love the van but hate the build and product quality. Not sure If I would have another Lunar after having this one, the other two Lunars I have had were a dream with no problems. Rant over !
