Just purchased a 2019 Coachman VIP 570, on getting it home plugged it in to check all services to discover water leaking out of the floor after investigation I discovered the problem. The hot water pipe to the kitchen tap which runs to the rear of the fridge was resting on the fridge motor which was red hot and had melted the hot water pipe causing water to leak all over the back of the fridge and flooring. Anyone else suffered with this. Now having issues with Coachman and my supplier
Hello all. Have just joined Caravan Talk after finding a fabulous post by Kiaboy (dated 4th Feb 2016) showing how to re-tension the large blind for the panoramic window on a Coachman VIP (2013/14 model). This was so helpful that I thought I'd delve further into the Caravan Talk forums, archives & community. I recently upgraded from a 2003 Bailey Pageant Monarch (which has served me well) to a Coachman VIP 460 (2013 model). It will likely be my last caravan as I'm now just over 60 and am hoping it will do me for the next 10 years. Look forward to chatting and learning from you. RaCo
Hi all, an interestng one here. I have mood lighting in my 2012 coachman VIP. Operated by click buttons behind each seat at the front of the van. One click for on and then hold down to dim. These have stopped working, coincidently after having some repair work done. This was roof filled and resprayed after hailstone damage and removal of an unwanted solar panel. Can't believe it's linked? From what I can gather everything else in the van works okay. I find it strange that neither switch works. All fuses okay. Any thoughts please?
